On May 25th 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), came into force.

With the GDPR in place, all organisations have a greater responsibility for the collection of personal data.

Swedish Testbeds is a project within the Smart Built Environment program, which is managed by IQ Samhällsbyggnad. The data policy regulating the content on this website can therefore be found on the IQS website.

You are free to contact Sustainable Innovation at any time to unregister yourself. We do not provide third parties with your data, except for the cases stated under point 2 below.

This is how we treat your personal data:

We store your name, e-mail, phone number and the name of your organisation when you register.

We provide your data to the following third parties for the following purposes: MailChimp for sending out newsletters, Simple Signup for managing event registration, DropBox for backing up files and data.

Your data will be stored on this portal as long as you find it relevant. Once every other year you will receive a reminder about the way your data is handled, so that you can be reminded and have the possibility to actively unregister.

You have the right to be deleted from this system at any time. You can do that by simply deactivating your account, or by contacting Swedish Testbeds.

You have the right to complain to the relevant government authority, which is Datainspektionen.
